Q.How to find exact spare parts

A: send us parts name with parts number, if you don’t have part number, try to send more details about your vehicle or machine, like pictures, chassis number, engine details and so on. Then we can check as above information.

Q. How about your product quality?

A: We have full range of spare parts by genuine and copy parts from after service market, we will follow your request, for after service parts, we have strict quality control process, we also only do those good brand with good quality, no worry.

Q.How we order? Can we order 1pc?

A: We don’t have limit for order pcs, full container, LCL container, less pcs even if 1pc is acceptable by us.

Q.How to send goods?

A:By sea (full container or LCL container), by air, by courier as your idea.

Q.How to pay?

A: By TT, by western union, paypal, LC, and other ways...

Q.How to pack?

A:Usually put PE bag with lable first, then carton outside, pallet or wooden box are necessary for bulk order.

Q.How to avoid wrong parts

A: As we mentioned, please try to provide us useful parts and vehicle details first, then we can check exact parts in our system; for each shipment, before sending shipment to you, we will take actual parts pictures one by one for your confirmation to avoid wrong parts.
